HOW?
I would start with WHY?
It is no news that keeping fit or shall i say by being active…you refresh your self.
Visiting a place to “move” is already an experience, drive or walk to, meet or greet people or simply listen to your music and DO your thing…whatever that is 🙂
An added bonus is feeling better as your confidence builds up more not necessarily because you are looking better but your body is fitter which immediately means having a better body posture.
A healthier posture leads to breathing better = happier body = reshining you
Smileskating is an amazing cardio exercise i must say after trying a variety of sports.
Walk warm up, roll on your board, open your arms, flow, enjoy the sun, clouds, sea…and most importantly YOU 😉
